The Eddy at Promenade Park is a luxury mixed-use riverfront development located on the 2.28-acre Wells Street Wedge site along the north bank of the St. Marys River in Fort Wayne. As the first major development on the north side of the river, the project plays a key role in strengthening the connection between the Riverfront District, the Bloomingdale neighborhood, and the Wells Street corridor.

The project is anticipated to be completed in 2027.
